Chefs Georg and Eva Paulussen of Wild Truffles “Gourmet Restaurant On The Go Present a Spring Cooking Class at Williams-Sonoma

Las Vegas, Nevada ( April 13, 2005 ) Wild Truffles “Gourmet Restaurant On The Go” will present a cooking class with all the flavors of spring at Williams-Sonoma, located at 1001

South Rampart Blvd, on Thursday, April 21, 2005 at 6:00 p.m.

Just in time for your backyard or poolside parties, Chefs Georg and Eva Paulussen are hosting a spring cooking class at the Summerlin Williams-Sonoma. The elegant, yet simple, three-course menu will give students an opportunity to learn the fine art of creating seasonal culinary presentations from two of Las Vegas’ top chefs.

A gourmet three-course menu, the first course consists of red and yellow watermelon salad with caramelized walnuts, and crispy baked goat cheese croutons topped with a selection of edible flower petals. The main course features crunchy fried veal and chicken cutlets coated in almonds, atop country-style new potatoes and a selection of miniature vegetables. The desert course will be “a drink surprise!”

About the chefs… As the former VP of Culinary and Stewarding for Atlantis and Ocean Club and Executive Chef at the Venetian Luxury Resort, Chef Georg has been featured on numerous television and radio shows in Germany, England, Japan, India, Bahamas and the US, including both The Discovery Channel and The Travel Channel. Chef Eva Paulussen’s credentials are equally impressive. Earning a degree from the New York Food and Hotel Management School, Chef Eva operated a high-end catering and culinary education business in Summerlin from 1997 until 2000. Her previous experience reflects the diversity of her talents working as a Western Food Instructor in Japan and highlights work at The Vista Hotel at The World Trade Center, The Nikko Hotel and The Plaza Hotel, working for Ivana Trump.
